Parcel shippers

Greenie MEDI

다회용 보냉 패키지

A lineup of passive, reusable parcel shippers qualified for the chilled (+2 to +8°C), frozen (−25 to −15°C) and deep frozen (−60°C) ranges, in our own ISTA 7D/7E laboratory under summer and winter profiles. Every published number arrives with the test conditions, raw data and packing SOP behind it — and when nothing in the lineup fits your lane, we re-cut the configuration and test it again rather than push you to the nearest size.

Nothing here fits the lane?

Configurations are cut to a payload rather than picked off a shelf. Tell us the volume, the hold time and the route, and we qualify one for it.

Talk to a qualification engineer

Duration is the qualified hold time under the ISTA profile stated in each test — chilled, frozen and deep frozen alike. Payload size assumes the pack-out the test used — changing it changes the result. Test conditions and raw data are issued on request.

Monitoring

TTL Tag

A data logger that ships inside the payload and records the run. The segment LCD on the front carries the current reading, the recording state and any temperature excursion, and the START and STOP buttons open and close a run on the device itself — nothing to open at the dock.

TTL Tag front: segment LCD display, LED, START and STOP buttons, and the serial number barcode
  • Segment LCD — reading, recording state and battery, always visible
  • START and STOP on the front of the device
  • Temperature excursion carried on the display as GOOD or BAD
  • Status LED — green while the run is open, red once stopped
  • Serial number barcode on the front

How it is used

  1. 01

    Start the run

Holding START opens the run on the device — the display moves from READY to STARTED at the moment the shipment is packed, with no terminal and no pairing at the dock.

  2. 02

    Read it at any handover

The segment LCD shows the current reading and whether the run is still going, without opening the box or pairing a device.

  3. 03

    Stop and identify

Holding STOP closes the run and the display reads STOPPED. The serial number on the front ties that record to the device that made it.

Behind the numbers

Every number leaves the lab with its conditions attached

Chamber testing runs in our own ISTA 7D/7E laboratory — no external booking, no queue. What you receive is the file your auditor asks for, not a summary datasheet.

  1. 01

    Test conditions

The ISTA profile the hold time was measured under — summer or winter, chamber or lane.

  2. 02

    Raw data

The logged payload and ambient traces the number was read off, not a summary datasheet.

  3. 03

    Packing SOP

The pack-out the test used. Change it and the qualified hold time no longer applies.

Markets

Where these shippers are used

Clinical trial shipments

Small payloads on long, multi-leg lanes where a single temperature excursion costs a patient visit.

Commercial distribution

Repeat lanes where recovering and re-using the shipper changes the per-shipment cost.

Cell and gene therapy payloads

−25 to −60°C payloads that need a documented duration, not a best effort.

Send the payload and the lane — we will re-cut a configuration

Custom volumes, OEM programs and Korea certificate of origin are handled in-house.
