Service

Own the fleet, lease it, or rent by the month

A reusable shipper only pays off if someone runs the loop — conditioning, collection, inspection, re-qualification. You can own that loop, hand it to us for a term, or rent by the month and never touch it.

Commercial models

Three ways to run the same shipper

Option 01

Purchase

You buy the shippers and PCM sets outright and run conditioning, storage and recovery in-house. Lowest cost per shipment on a lane you already operate at volume.

Best for
Fixed high-volume lanes
Minimum
Per unit

Qualification reports and packing SOPs are included at no extra charge.

Option 02

Long-term lease

A fixed fleet reserved for your lanes for a contracted term, with refurbishment and PCM replacement handled by us. Capital stays off your balance sheet and the fleet stays qualified.

Best for
12 months and up
Minimum
Fleet size, term

Includes scheduled inspection, PCM replacement and re-qualification when a profile changes.

Option 03

Short-term rental

You rent a shipper by the month, with no term commitment. We deliver it conditioned and collect it when the rental ends, so nothing has to be stored, conditioned or returned by your team.

Best for
Clinical, seasonal, new lanes
Minimum
One month

Collection is arranged when the rental ends. Return legs outside covered regions are quoted separately.

Which model is cheapest depends on shipments per year and whether a return leg exists on the lane. We model all three before quoting — on a weekly lane, purchase usually wins after the second year; on a clinical programme with unpredictable volume, monthly rental almost always does.

Reuse loop

What happens between shipments

A shipper that comes back and is not inspected is not a reusable shipper — it is an unqualified one.

01

Collection

The shipper is picked up at the destination or returned to a nominated hub. On rental, collection is ours to arrange; on lease, we schedule it against your shipping calendar.

02

Inspection

Shell, panels and closures are checked against a pass list. Units with damaged VIP panels leave service rather than travel on a thermal guess.

03

Refurbishment

PCM sets are re-conditioned or replaced, seals and hardware renewed. Consumables are replaced to spec rather than reused until failure.

04

Re-qualification

A unit returning to service carries the report for its configuration. When a profile or pack-out changes, it is tested again before it ships.

Why reuse

Reuse is the only lever that moves cost and carbon together

1 → n

A single-use shipper is packaging waste at destination. A reusable one amortises its materials over every cycle it survives.

VIP

Vacuum panels are the expensive component and the one that lasts. Recovering them is where the reuse case actually sits.

Weight

Lower chargeable weight cuts freight spend and emissions on the same flight — one decision, two lines on the report.

Data

Cycle counts and excursion history per unit are recorded, so a sustainability claim can be evidenced rather than asserted.

Qualification support

Tested in our own laboratory

Greenie Lab holds ISTA 7D and 7E certification, so a configuration can be re-run against your lane without waiting on an external booking queue.

01

Define the lane profile

Origin, destination, season and expected dwell time set the ambient profile. A route with an 18-hour customs hold is not the same test as a direct flight.

02

Build the pack-out

PCM set, conditioning temperature and panel arrangement are fixed for the configuration, then documented as the packing SOP the field will follow.

03

Run the chamber

ISTA 7D and 7E profiles, summer and winter, with ISO 17025-calibrated sensors in the payload space and at the wall.

04

Issue the report

Test conditions, raw data and the SOP are handed over together — the file an auditor asks for, not a one-page summary.
